Yes, you are allowed to bring your own food.  You can use to the BBQ to prepare your own food or cater food in.  We do have a preferred caterer if you are interested.  

Yes, you can pay for an extended check-out.  $100 for every hour past midnight up until 2am.  

Yes, Alcohol is allowed.  You are required to complete an Special Occasion Permit (SOP)

No, only waste and toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet.  Anything else will clog the toilet and the toilet will be unoperational for the rest of your event. 

Yes, music is allowed,  You can bring up your own speakers or we can provide you with a rental speaker.  (must follow local noise by-laws. 

Yes, the rental includes one 8 foot folding table and two 6 foot folding benches.  A second table and bench set is available for a $50 rental fee.  

No, there is no elevator, but we are only located on the 4th floor.  

No, there is no smoking on the rooftop as it is a fire hazard.

No, guests are not allowed to walk on the garden.  Damages to the garden will be deducted from the security deposit.  

No, there is no parking the lot.  The spots in the lot are reserved for tenants in the building.  There ample free street parking one street south on Caledonia (Marica). 

Yes, you can use the parking lot to drop off supplies and guests, Maximum 15 minutes.
